Royal Enfield 650 belt drive design is finished and being machined now. Will post some pics once it is installed
Two gear ratios - both stock and the 16T front sprocket mod.
Belt is a 20mm wide Gates Poly Chain GT Carbon

I installed the belt system on my bike a couple of days ago and took it for a short test ride with the open belt. Now to send the rear pullies off for anodizing, and the front for heat treating and phosphate coating. Once back in hand I will properly install and put a few km on the system before offering for sale.
Cost to a large extend is dependant on how many I make, and related discounts in buying the Gates belt. Will advise
