Greetings from Texas. I have a 2022 Int 650 and am really enjoying this motorcycle.

Welcome to the forum fellow Texan , tell us more about yourself , your bikes , where you ride ...,
I’m in East Texas. Just picked up a GT intercont today.
Should be plenty of great places to ride ..., I can only go North . I'm at the river .....,

Thanks. Well I'm retired and live in San Angelo, west central TX. My other motorcycle is a Kawasaki Z650. Took a 500 mile round trip to the Big Bend area-my favorite destination-two weeks ago on the Z. I'm still in the break in period on the Int650, but plan to take it on the same trip, probably next spring. Right now I'm riding the Int650 mainly in town and on back roads.

Very cool! I’m up in Sulphur Springs. Lots of back roads up here especially with all of the lakes. I have had Harleys up until now. Sold my Sporty last week. Wasn’t planning on another bike but, that didn’t last too long. I almost bought a Street Twin but I saw that GT. Not as powerful but I’m over the going fast thing. I’ll do that in the cars. I love the looks and how it handles. Planning on getting it broke in the next few weeks. Planning on a little ride this afternoon after I am done with the wife’s stuff. Lol.

Sounds like a nice area. I'm thinking of doing a back roader too this week.
Hi! I just joined up, Fort Worth here. Just bought my first RE today ('23 Scram 411, Blazing Black). Picking it up in the morning, not going to be able to sleep tonight!

Congrats on your RE! Would love to see pics!
Are you planning to get any modifications and/or accessories for it?

Hiya! Just got home from the pickup and first ride, stopped and got a new helmet, jacket and gloves on the way home, heading back out now for an evening putter around town.

Ordered the center stand, Himalayan hand guards, looking at an upgraded rear rack, lower engine guards, adding a tachometer, a phone mount for the handlebars, upgrading the mirrors to something a little better than the weird mouse ears, need a tank bag, upgrading the blinkers to brighter LED's, possibly the headlight/taillight...the list goes on! lol

I’m in Sulphur Spring. Lots of cool places to ride out this way.
I also started a FB page. North Texas Royal Enfield Owners Club. Trying to get it established and people interested. if you on the FB see if you can locate it. Trying to get the word out and maybe start some events.
